H&Z® Dimethicone is a colorless transparent dimethylsiloxane fluid, with good insulation, high water resistance, high shear, high compressibility, high dispersion and low surface tension, low reactivity, low vapor pressure, good heat stability and leveling properties. RH-201-1.5 is soluble in most solvents and has good compatibility with most cosmetic components. It is widely used in personal care products. It has good dispersibility, no residue or sediment, no greasy feeling, and makes skin soft and slippery.
Dimethicone is a low viscosity, volatile polydimethylsiloxane. It is often used as a basic liquid or volatile carrier in personal care products, especially antiperspirants, deodorants, etc as its its good dispersibility and unique volatility.
