The plant extracts used in the experiment were made of Eucommia ulmoides, Ligustrum lucidum and Astragalus membranaceus by special processes such as alcohol water step-by-step extraction, separation and concentration. The main active components were polysaccharide and oleanolic acid. Studies have confirmed that Ligustrum lucidum polysaccharide can remove hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and reactive oxygen species, improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes, inhibit the degradation of immune organs and improve immune function. Astragalus polysaccharides can effectively alleviate stress, improve appetite, reduce the incidence of diarrhea, promote energy metabolism, tissue regeneration and improve immunity. Oleanolic acid not only has the biological activities of protecting liver, protecting stomach, strengthening heart, anti arrhythmia, reducing blood glucose, reducing blood lipid and anti hypertension, but also has many pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-virus, immune node withering, inhibiting platelet aggregation and anti peroxidation.
